Items purchased from FLORIACH ARCHIVES must be returned in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and free of stains, odors, or any signs of wear that would affect resale. All items must include original packaging, tags, and any other components, and must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.

Underwear is not eligible for exchange or return and is excluded from our return policy.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
